Product Summary

The STP55NF06 is a Power MOSFET. It is the latest development of STMicroelectronis unique Single Feature Size strip-based process. The resulting transistor shows extremely high packing density for low on-resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and less critical alignment steps therefore a remark-able manufacturing reproducibility. The applications of the STP55NF06 include high current, high switching speed, motor control, audio amplifiers, DC-DC & DC-AC converters and automotive anvironment (injection, abs, air-bag, lampdrivers, Etc.)
